USER GUIDE
OVERVIEW
Made in Italy by BRUNOPLAST - NIVIFIX is easy to use for professional results. Threaded tile spacers fit under and between the tiles, after a small area has been laid screw on caps are tightened onto the spacers to bring all the tile edges to level. Low tile edges are pulled up and high edges are pushed down. This eliminates the problem of uneven edges or lipping of the tiles. Applying some adhesive to the back of the tile and using a good adhesive bed ensures that any tiles pulled slightly up brings adhesive with it, no voids are created. After the adhesive is fully set the spacers are snapped off and discarded and you are ready to grout. There are just two sizes of caps for different tile thicknesses and eight spacers for different layout and joint widths. Easy to understand and easy to use.
PRODUCT RANGE
You will need spacers for between the tiles and draw caps to tighten the joint, no tools or any special setting required. There are eight spacer types for different joint widths and layouts. Straight spacers (1mm and 1.7mm) for edge to edge often used on larger tiles where you might use two along an edge and for very narrow grout lines. 1.7mm straight spacers can be used in conjunction with 2mm cross and tee spacers. Cross spacers (2, 3 & 4mm) for four tile intersections and finally "tee" spacers (2, 3, & 4mm) for three tile intersections. There are two types of draw caps they both work in the same way they just have their internal threaded area in different positions.
